How to: Prevent App Freeze on iOS 14 beta 5 and Xcode 12 beta 5

After upgrading to the latest Xcode 12 beta 5 and iOS 14 beta 5, I noticed the app freeze on the launch screen after clicking run via Xcode. When I check the log/console, it shows nothing and give me a blank page. Here’s a quick solution…
